Terms and Conditions
Effective Oct. 8, 2026
Buyers must be 18 or older, and orders ship only to the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia.
Who sells on iadorer.com
The seller is JACQUELINE ARROYO FUNY LLC, EIN 99-4783183, 1200 W Marlboro Dr, Chandler, AZ 85224, United States. iAdorer is the name the company trades under. In these terms, “iAdorer” means the company and “the customer” means the person placing an order.
Who can place an order
Orders are open to adults 18 and over, buying for their own use. Placing an order confirms both. Orders for resale or wholesale quantities may be declined.
Where shipping and return rules live
These pages are part of these terms:
Their figures are not repeated here, so each figure has one source.
How an order becomes a contract
- Checkout sends iAdorer an offer to buy the items in the cart.
- The order confirmation email means the offer arrived; it is not yet an acceptance.
- The contract forms when the shipping email goes out with a tracking ID.
Until then, iAdorer can decline an order, for example after a failed verification or a pricing error, and refunds it in full.
When payment is taken
The card or PayPal account is billed one time, for the entire checkout total, as soon as checkout is finished. A declined order, or one canceled before it ships, is refunded to the original payment method.
What happens if a price or stock figure is wrong
A clearly wrong price, or a size shown in stock that is not, does not bind iAdorer. The customer gets an email and a full refund, or another size if one is free and the customer wants it.
What the product listings describe
Each listing describes one hand-knit design: the motif, the yarn, the fit, the length and the care. Sweaters are knitted by hand and their crocheted motifs are sewn on by hand, so measurements and motif placement vary slightly from piece to piece. Photos can show other clothing for styling, and only the sweater in the title is sold.
Whether an order can be canceled
Cancellation is open for 24 hours after checkout, until the package leaves the warehouse. A package not shipped within two business days of the order day gives the customer the option to cancel with a full refund. The Refund and Returns Policy gives the steps.
How the website may be used
Use of the site is limited to browsing and personal purchases. Copying listings or photos, scraping prices, testing stolen cards and disrupting the site are all off limits. Orders tied to misuse may be canceled.
Whose photos and words appear here
The site’s text, logo and page design belong to iAdorer. Product photos are used with the permission of their owner. None of it may be copied for another shop or listing.
Which reviews are allowed
Reviews on product pages can come only from verified buyers of that product. iAdorer pays no one for praise, offers no reward for a five-star rating and keeps critical reviews visible. The FTC’s rule on consumer reviews and testimonials requires the same. A review can be removed if it contains personal data, abuse or content unrelated to the product.
What the warranties do not cover
Products are sold as described on their listings. Beyond that, and beyond warranties that the law provides and that cannot be excluded, iAdorer gives no further warranty. Normal wear, pilling and damage from washing against the care line are not defects.
How much liability is capped
Total liability per order stops at the amount charged for that order. Losses that follow indirectly from an order, such as missed plans, are not covered. Consumer protections that the law makes mandatory are not affected.
Whether the customer covers certain claims
A customer who misuses the site or breaks these terms pays the reasonable costs of any claim that results.
Which law governs and where disputes go
Arizona law governs these terms. Any court case belongs in Maricopa County, Arizona: either the county’s state courts or the federal court for the District of Arizona.
Why disputes start with an email
Most order problems end with one email. Before going to court, either side gives the other 30 days to settle the matter by email at contact@iadorer.com. Neither side gives up the right to court: there is no arbitration requirement, and class actions are not waived.
Which outside sites are linked
Links to carriers, payment services and other sites are given for convenience. iAdorer does not control those sites and is not responsible for them.
When events outside control delay an order
Storms, carrier shutdowns, power or network failures and similar events can delay or stop an order. In that case, iAdorer emails the customer with the choice of a new date or a full refund.
Whether the rest survives an invalid clause
A clause a court strikes down leaves every other clause standing.
Where the full agreement sits
These terms, with the policies named above, are the whole agreement for each order. They replace any earlier statements about the same order.
When a new version of these terms starts
A new version applies from the date under the title. Each order keeps the version in force on its order day.
