Every piece in the shop started as yarn on a pair of needles. Strawberries, roses, sheep and mushrooms are crocheted as separate pieces, then stitched onto the knit.
A US warehouse packs every order. Delivery takes seven to nine business days.

No two pieces come out identical. Measurements and motif spots shift slightly from one sweater to the next, even within a size.

Four designs run shorterMost designs come in XS to XXL. Four stop sooner, at S to L, S to XL or XS to XL, and each listing shows its range.

Shipping
A new address or a cancellation is possible within 24 hours of checkout, before the package ships. Delivery covers the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC.
Before ordering
Nearly all of them. Fruit, flowers, hearts and most animals are crocheted separately and sewn on by hand. The cow print cardigan and vest are different: their spots are knitted into the body.
Most do: 26 of the 30 run XS to XXL in US women’s letter sizes. The other four come in S to L, S to XL or XS to XL, and each listing shows its own range.
Seven to nine business days: one to two for packing at the US warehouse, then six to seven with the carrier. Orders cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO boxes or military APO, FPO and DPO addresses.
Once the item subtotal reaches $269, after discount codes and before tax. Below that, shipping is $7.90 per order. No single sweater reaches $269 on its own (the highest price is $192.99), but most pairs do.
The window is 30 days from delivery. Support answers a return request within one business day with an approval and the address for the parcel; the sweater then goes back within 14 days of that email. A shop mistake comes with a prepaid label; on a change of mind, the customer pays the postage. The refund is processed within seven business days after the sweater arrives and passes inspection, and the restocking fee is $0.
PayPal, or Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover through the card option, processed by Stripe. The card or PayPal account is billed one time, for the entire checkout total, as soon as checkout is finished.
