How quickly replies come
Every message gets a reply within one business day. Business days are Monday to Friday, except US federal holidays. Friday-night messages get their reply on the next business day.
When to call
Call +1 (480) 712-5183 during support hours. For damage, a wrong item or a return, email works better, because photos and the order number can go in the same message.
Which hours support keeps
Support works Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. MST. MST is Arizona time.
How the contact form works
The form below has four boxes, all required. Form messages get the same one-business-day reply as email.
What to put in a message
- The order number, if there is one.
- The sweater’s name or its code, such as IAD-FL-004.
- The size ordered.
- Photos, for damage, a fault or a wrong item.
- What outcome is wanted: an answer, a return, a replacement or a refund.
Which subject line privacy requests need
Use the subject “Privacy request” to see, correct or delete personal data. Use “Do Not Sell or Share” to opt out. Both go to contact@iadorer.com.
