Payment Policy

Effective Oct. 8, 2026

Two payment options work at checkout: PayPal and Credit Card.

Which payment options checkout offers

Option What it takes
PayPal A PayPal account, or a card entered through PayPal’s own “Debit or Credit Card” button
Credit Card Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, processed by Stripe

Checkout and the footer show logos only for these options and these four card networks.

When the card or PayPal account is charged

The card or PayPal account is billed one time, for the entire checkout total, as soon as checkout is finished. There is no second charge later, at shipping or at delivery.

What the checkout total includes

The checkout total has three parts:

  1. The item prices.
  2. Shipping: $7.90 under $269, or free shipping from $269.
  3. Sales tax, where it applies.

Checkout adds no surcharge of any kind: no card fee, no service fee, no extras ticked in advance. Customers see the total before they confirm the order.

How sales tax appears

Sales tax is set by the ship-to address. It gets a separate line above the total. The Shipping Policy explains how tax relates to the shipping charge.

Which currency prices use

Every price is in US dollars (USD). A bank abroad may add its own conversion charge to a USD purchase; that charge is the bank’s, not iAdorer’s.

How card details are protected

Card numbers go into a payment field supplied by the payment service, not into a form that iAdorer stores. iAdorer receives the payment result, not the card number. PayPal payments are completed with PayPal. Online payments carry some risk, and no system removes it completely.

When the confirmation email arrives

An order confirmation email goes out right after payment. It shows the order number, the items and the checkout total. If it has not arrived within one hour, check the spam folder, then contact the iAdorer inbox.

Which payment types are not accepted

Checkout does not take:

  • cash on delivery
  • checks or money orders
  • bank transfers
  • Apple Pay or Google Pay
  • cryptocurrency
  • gift cards

Whether a hold appears before the charge

No pre-authorization hold is placed. Banks often show a new purchase as pending at first. That pending entry is the charge itself, not a hold.

What billing details must match

Checkout compares the billing details with the card or PayPal account used. An order that cannot be verified within two business days is canceled and refunded in full. Verification protects card owners from orders placed with stolen details.

What happens when a payment fails

A declined payment creates no order and no charge. Try another card or PayPal. An order canceled after payment is refunded to the original method, and the refund is processed within seven business days.

When a price is wrong

A listing price that is clearly an error, such as a missing digit, does not bind either side. The order is canceled before it ships, an email explains why and the payment is refunded in full.

How discount codes work

Discount codes go into the cart or the checkout page before payment. A code cannot be added after the order is placed. Codes exist only when iAdorer publishes them on this site.

Who to contact before disputing a charge

Email contact@iadorer.com before opening a dispute with the bank or PayPal. A reply comes within one business day. A confirmed billing error is refunded within seven business days.

Where payment data is described

The Privacy Policy explains what payment data is kept and who processes it.
