What this disclaimer covers
This page applies to iadorer.com and to every product, description, photo and size chart on it. The site is run by JACQUELINE ARROYO FUNY LLC under the name iAdorer.
Why hand-knit sizes and colors vary
Each sweater is knitted by hand, and each crocheted fruit, flower, heart or animal is sewn on by hand. Two sweaters of the same size can differ slightly in bust, length and motif position. The bust figures on every listing and on the Size Guide are approximate for that reason.
Screen settings change how colors look, so a listing’s cream or lilac can appear lighter or darker than the yarn in hand.
What the listings promise
Each listing describes its sweater as accurately as the information allows. The Details section names the yarn, the fit, the length and the care. Photos can include skirts, shirts or other clothing for styling. Only the sweater named in the title is sold.
Care for every design is the same: hand wash cold, lay flat to dry.
How delivery estimates should be read
The seven to nine business days on the Shipping Policy is an estimate. Carriers can run late after a package leaves the warehouse. The Shipping Policy explains what happens if the warehouse itself ships late.
Which choices rest with the customer
Customers are responsible for three things:
- Choosing a size from the chart and the listing’s measurements.
- Following the care line, since machine washing can stretch a hand-knit sweater or loosen its motifs.
- Entering a delivery address that is complete and correct.
Where outside links lead
Some pages link to carriers, payment services or other sites. iAdorer does not run those sites and has no say over their content or data practices.
How far liability goes
Liability for any one order ends at the price paid for it. Damage from washing or drying against the care line is not covered. Mandatory consumer protections still apply in full.
Which state’s law governs this page
Arizona law governs this disclaimer. The Terms and Conditions name the courts for disputes.
When the wording of this page changes
A new version starts on the date printed under the page title. Orders placed before a change follow the version in effect on the order day.
