What the shop sells
The catalog has three groups of 10 designs:
- Fruit Sweaters: strawberries, cherries, lemons, a red apple and a pumpkin.
- Floral & Heart Sweaters: roses, daisies, sunflowers, mixed flowers and hearts.
- Animal & Mushroom Sweaters: a teddy bear, sheep, cow print, a dinosaur, mushrooms and butterflies.
Most are cardigans, 26 of the 30. Three are pullovers and one is a sweater vest. Prices run from $96.99 to $192.99. Sizes run from XS to XXL in US women’s letter sizes, and the Size Guide lists the bust figure for each.
How an order gets from the warehouse to the door
- The sweaters are knitted by hand at a workshop abroad and imported into the United States.
- They are stored at a fulfillment partner’s warehouse in the United States.
- When an order comes in, iAdorer passes it to that warehouse.
- The warehouse packs the sweater and ships it within one to two business days.
- The carrier delivers it six to seven business days later, seven to nine business days in all.
Neither the workshop nor the warehouse is named on the site.
Which names to look for
The legal name, JACQUELINE ARROYO FUNY LLC, appears on these pages and in the footer exactly as it is registered. iAdorer is the trading name on the products and the site. The Chandler address is the company’s business and mailing address. Nothing is stored, packed or returned there.
What customers can hold iAdorer to
- An answer to every email within one business day.
- A package shipped within two business days of the order day or, past that, a new date by email plus the right to cancel.
- Refunds processed within seven business days once a return is back and checked.
- No restocking fee, ever.
Why the catalog is small
Hand-knit sweaters take time to make, so each design is stocked in small numbers per size. When a size sells out, its listing shows it as out of stock until more arrive. Support also works weekdays only, so a message sent on Saturday is answered on the next business day, usually Monday.
Which things iAdorer does not do
- There is no store to visit and no pickup.
- No knitting happens in Chandler.
- Custom colors, custom sizes and personalized pieces are not offered.
- Orders do not ship outside the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia.
