Privacy Policy
Effective Oct. 8, 2026
Order records are kept for seven years, and no customer data is sold.
What this policy covers and when it changes
This policy covers personal data collected on iadorer.com by JACQUELINE ARROYO FUNY LLC, which runs the site as iAdorer. It applies to visitors, customers and anyone who writes to the shop. The date under the title moves forward with every revision. A material change is also noted on this page for 30 days.
Which data is never collected
No form on the site requests a Social Security number, a driver’s license or passport number, or health information. Full card numbers never reach iAdorer, because the payment service collects them in its own field.
What the order form asks for
Checkout collects:
- name
- email address
- phone number
- billing address
- shipping address
- the items ordered and any order note
The contact form and email messages add whatever the sender writes, plus the sender’s name and email address.
What the browser sends automatically
Every visit sends the IP address, browser type, device type and the pages requested. The hosting server and Cloudflare, which protects the site from attacks, record this in logs. The site runs no analytics tool, so these logs are not used to build visitor profiles.
Which outside services send data back
Three kinds of service send information back to iAdorer:
- PayPal, Stripe and the payment gateway service report whether a payment went through.
- PayPal shares the name, email and address on the PayPal account when PayPal is used.
- The fulfillment partner and the carrier report shipping status and the tracking ID.
How long records are kept
| Record | Kept for |
|---|---|
| Orders, invoices and refunds | Seven years, for tax and accounting |
| Support emails and contact form messages | 24 months from the last reply |
Records past these periods are deleted.
How the data is protected
The whole site runs over HTTPS. Access to order data is limited to the people who handle orders and support. Card numbers are never stored on the site. If a breach ever exposes personal data, the people affected will hear about it within the time the law sets.
Why the data is used
Personal data is used to:
- Process payments and ship orders.
- Send order, shipping and refund emails.
- Answer questions and handle returns.
- Check orders for fraud.
- Meet tax, accounting and legal duties.
iAdorer sends no newsletter and no marketing emails.
Who receives order details
Order details go only to the services that complete an order:
- the fulfillment partner’s warehouse in the United States, which packs and ships the sweater
- the carrier chosen by the warehouse
- PayPal, Stripe and the payment gateway service that connects checkout to them
- the hosting provider and Cloudflare, which run and protect the site
- the email service that delivers order emails
Authorities receive data only when the law requires it.
Which data each provider gets
| Provider | Data it receives |
|---|---|
| Fulfillment partner and carrier | Name, shipping address, phone number, items |
| Payment services | Name, billing address, email, order total, payment details |
| Hosting and Cloudflare | IP address, browser data, page requests |
| Email service | Name, email address, message content |
Each provider uses the data only to perform its service.
Whether any data is sold
iAdorer has never sold personal data, and the list of customer emails and phone numbers is not for sale or rent. There are no third parties to which iAdorer has sold, or may sell, personally identifiable information.
Whether data trains AI models
Customer data stays out of AI training. iAdorer does not use it to build or tune language models, and it does not sell or pass it on for that purpose.
Whether advertisers receive customer data
No customer data goes to advertising platforms. The site has no advertising pixels, and it sends no email addresses or phone numbers, hashed or plain, to Google, Meta or any other ad service.
Where cookies come in
Cookies on iadorer.com are limited to the ones checkout depends on:
| Cookie type | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Cart and session cookies | Keep items in the cart through checkout |
| Cloudflare security cookie | Can be set to tell real visitors from automated attacks |
There are no advertising or analytics cookies, so there is no cookie banner and nothing to switch off. Browsers that send a Global Privacy Control signal are treated as opted out of any sale or sharing.
How to see, fix or delete personal data
Customers can ask to see, correct, delete or receive a copy of their personal data.
- Email contact@iadorer.com with the subject “Privacy request.”
- Say which request it is.
- Write from the address on the order, or quote the order number.
A reply confirms receipt within one business day. The full answer follows within 45 days. A single 45-day extension is possible, with a notice that gives the reason.
Who reviews an appeal
A refused request can be appealed by replying with the word “Appeal.” A different person from the one who handled the request reviews it. The appeal is answered within 45 days.
When California law applies
California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act. Over the past year, the data iAdorer gathered fell into four groups: identifiers, contact details, order history and device data. Each group served only the purposes above. iAdorer sold none of this data and shared none of it for cross-context behavioral advertising. An opt-out is still available on the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page. One email to contact@iadorer.com is enough, and it takes effect within 15 business days.
When other state laws apply
Privacy laws in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Florida, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Iowa, Delaware, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Tennessee, Minnesota, Maryland, Indiana, Kentucky and Rhode Island give similar rights. iAdorer gives the same rights to every customer in the United States, whatever the state.
Why children are not served
The site is for adults, and orders require the buyer to be 18 or older. It is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Data found to come from a child is deleted.
Where links to other sites go
Carrier pages, PayPal and other linked sites follow their own privacy rules, which iAdorer does not set.
