Shipping Policy
Effective Oct. 8, 2026
An iAdorer order reaches the door in seven to nine business days.
Where the sweaters ship from
A warehouse run by a fulfillment partner inside the United States ships every iAdorer order. The sweaters are knitted by hand abroad and imported. They sit in that warehouse before anyone orders them, so nothing is knitted after checkout.
The company address in Chandler, Arizona, is a mailing address. No package ships from it.
Which addresses can receive an order
Delivery covers the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia. Every order needs a street address.
These addresses get no shipping rate at checkout:
- Alaska and Hawaii
- US territories, such as Puerto Rico and Guam
- APO, FPO and DPO military addresses
- addresses outside the United States
Checkout cannot spot a PO box. An order sent to one is held, and an email within one business day requests a street address instead. After 24 hours without an answer, the order is closed and the full amount refunded.
When an order counts for the day
Saturdays, Sundays and US federal holidays are left out of every count on this page. The cut-off is 6 p.m. MST, which is Arizona time.
An order placed before 6 p.m. MST on a business day counts that day. Orders placed after 6 p.m. MST, or on a weekend or holiday, wait for the next business day. That counted day is the order day used everywhere below.
How long packing takes
The warehouse needs one to two business days to pick the sweater, pack it and hand the package to the carrier.
How long the carrier needs
Transit takes six to seven business days after the carrier’s first scan.
What the full count comes to
One to two business days at the warehouse, plus six to seven with the carrier, equals seven to nine business days from the order day to the door.
What delivery costs
| Order subtotal | Shipping |
|---|---|
| Under $269 | $7.90, charged once per order |
| $269 or more | Free shipping |
No single sweater reaches $269 on its own. The highest price in the shop is $192.99, so the free rate starts with two sweaters, and most pairs get there. Checkout names the two rates “Standard shipping” and “Free shipping.”
How the $269 threshold is measured
Only the sweaters count toward $269: their prices after any discount code, without sales tax or the shipping fee. A code that pulls the sweaters under $269 brings back the $7.90 fee. The fee stays the same for one sweater or five.
Which charges never appear
Checkout never adds a handling charge, a packing charge, insurance or a rush upgrade. Checkout lists the sweaters, the shipping rate and sales tax where it applies. Nothing else is added, so the checkout total is the full price.
Whether sales tax is added
Sales tax depends on where the package goes. Checkout works it out from that address and lists it apart from the shipping rate, before payment. Where tax applies, it can include the shipping charge.
Who carries the package
The warehouse picks the carrier for each package. The shipping email names it. Customers cannot choose the carrier or pay for faster delivery. One shipping speed applies to every order, so the dates on this page hold for all of them.
When the tracking ID arrives
A tracking ID arrives by email the day the package ships. The carrier’s first scan can take up to one business day to appear. Status can also be checked on the Order Tracking page.
Whether the address can still change
An address can change within 24 hours of checkout, before the package ships.
- Email contact@iadorer.com from the address used at checkout.
- Give the order number and the full new street address.
- Wait for the reply that confirms the change.
After 24 hours, or once the package has shipped, the address stays as entered.
What happens when a size sells out
Stock is counted by size, and a size can run out after checkout. If that happens, an email goes out within one business day with three choices:
- Hold the order until the restock date named in that email.
- Change to a different size or another design.
- Cancel for a full refund.
Silence for seven days ends the order with a full refund.
When shipping runs late
Two business days is the limit at the warehouse, counted from the order day. Past that, an email gives a revised ship date. The customer then picks: keep the order with the new date, or cancel it and get the whole payment back. Federal law sets this rule, the FTC’s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule.
Where to look when tracking says delivered
A delivered scan can come a little early, before the driver reaches the door.
- Wait two days after the delivered scan.
- Check the porch, the mailbox, the building’s mail room and nearby neighbors.
- Email contact@iadorer.com within 10 days of the delivered scan.
If the tracking ID shows no movement for five business days, iAdorer asks the carrier to trace the package.
Who handles damage and loss
Report damage within seven days of delivery.
- Email photos of the sweater, the shipping label and the packaging.
- Add the order number and a line about what is wrong.
- Wait for the reply with the next step.
iAdorer files any claim with the carrier. A package the carrier confirms as lost is replaced if the size is in stock, or refunded in full. Once photos and details are in, the outcome follows within seven business days.
Why some deliveries take longer
Storms, carrier backlogs and road closures can add days after the package leaves the warehouse. The carrier’s tracking page shows its latest estimate. Delays inside the warehouse are covered by the late-shipping rule above.
Where returns are explained
Returns, refunds and cancellations have their own page: the Refund and Returns Policy.
