What to check before ordering
How do iAdorer sizes compare with store-bought sweaters?
iAdorer uses US women’s letter sizes, XS to XXL, with bust figures from 36 to 50 inches. Most designs are cut oversized or relaxed. The Size Guide shows how to compare with a sweater already owned.
What yarn is each sweater knitted from?
Each listing names its yarn in the Details section. The catalog uses acrylic, acrylic blends, cotton and chunky knit yarns.
Are the strawberries, flowers and animals knitted in or sewn on?
They are crocheted separately by hand and sewn onto the knitted sweater by hand. Many stand out slightly from the knit.
Will two sweaters in the same size match exactly?
Not exactly. Hand knitting leaves small differences in bust, length and motif placement, so each piece is a little different.
How should a hand-knit sweater be washed?
Hand wash cold and lay flat to dry. The same care line applies to every design.
When an order arrives
How many business days does an iAdorer order take?
Seven to nine business days from the order day: one to two at the warehouse and six to seven with the carrier. Orders placed before 6 p.m. MST on a business day count that day. Details are on the Shipping Policy.
What does shipping cost on a single sweater?
$7.90, since no single sweater reaches the $269 free shipping threshold. Two sweaters usually reach it. For example, two cardigans at $136.99 come to $273.98 and ship free.
Where does an iAdorer package ship from?
From a fulfillment partner’s warehouse in the United States. The sweaters are knitted by hand abroad and imported before they reach it.
Does iAdorer deliver to Alaska, Hawaii or PO boxes?
It does not. Orders need a street address within the lower 48 states or Washington, DC.
What if an iAdorer package shows delivered but never turned up?
Give it two days after the delivered scan and look around the building. If it is still missing, email contact@iadorer.com within 10 days of that scan.
How returns and refunds work
How long is the window for sending a sweater back?
30 days from the delivery date, with every step laid out in the Refund and Returns Policy.
Is return postage ever free?
Yes, whenever the mistake is iAdorer’s: damage, a fault, the wrong sweater or a clear mismatch with the listing. A prepaid label covers those. Change-of-mind returns travel at the customer’s cost, and the restocking fee is $0.
Where do returned sweaters go?
To the address in the return approval email, which arrives within one business day of the request. Never to the Chandler business address.
How soon does a refund show up?
Seven business days after the sweater is back and checked, the refund is processed. How fast it shows on a statement depends on the bank or PayPal, and can add up to 10 business days.
Can a sweater be swapped for another size?
Not directly. A second order for the new size, plus a return of the first one, does the same job.
Can an order be canceled after checkout?
Yes, within 24 hours of checkout and before the package ships. Email contact@iadorer.com with the order number.
Which payments go through
Which cards and wallets does checkout take?
Two choices: PayPal, or a card on one of four networks (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). Apple Pay and Google Pay are not offered. More on the Payment Policy.
When is the card charged for an iAdorer order?
The card or PayPal account is billed one time, for the entire checkout total, as soon as checkout is finished.
Does checkout add sales tax?
Where it applies, yes. The ship-to address sets it, and it appears on its own line before payment.
