Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Effective Oct. 8, 2026

Each opt-out is in place within 15 business days of the email.

Which rights California law gives

The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, lets California residents opt out of the sale of their personal information. It also covers sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. Several other states give the same right, and iAdorer honors it for every customer in the United States.

What opting out changes

iAdorer does not sell or share personal information today, so an opt-out stops nothing that is currently happening. It is still recorded. If the shop’s practices ever change, opted-out customers stay excluded. An opt-out has no effect on orders, returns or support.

How to opt out

  1. Write to contact@iadorer.com and put “Do Not Sell or Share” in the subject line.
  2. Include the name and the email address used on the site.
  3. Send it. No account and no form are needed.

Email is the one channel for written requests. A browser’s Global Privacy Control signal also counts, as described below.

How long a request takes

A reply confirms receipt within one business day. Fifteen business days is the outside limit for applying it. No ID document is needed, because an opt-out only limits what happens to the data.

Whether the browser signal counts

Yes. A browser that sends the Global Privacy Control signal is treated as opted out for that browser. The signal has nothing to block on this site, because no ad tracking runs here.

What selling and sharing would mean here

Under the law, a sale is any transfer of personal data to another company for monetary or other valuable consideration. Sharing, in the same law, covers data passed on for cross-context behavioral advertising: ads aimed at someone because of what they did on other sites. iAdorer does neither. Order data reaches only the services named in the Privacy Policy.

Whether opting out affects prices

No. Customers who opt out pay the same prices, get the same service and keep the same return rights.

Who else can ask

  • An authorized agent can send the request with written permission signed by the customer.
  • iAdorer does not knowingly hold data about anyone under 16, and it would never sell or share such data.
  • A parent or guardian can write on behalf of a minor.
